You see your clients' 3PL bills every month, but checking them line by line against a rate card and the order data is rarely in scope. 3PL Checker does that part. Your client gets a list of overcharges with the evidence and a credit request ready to send, and you get cleaner fulfillment costs in the books.

What your client gets

  • A free first audit of three months of 3PL invoices.
  • Every overcharge shown with its proof: the invoice line, the contract rate and the Shopify order behind it, in a report and an evidence spreadsheet.
  • A credit request your client can send to the warehouse as it is.
  • A reading check: every invoice is added up and compared with its printed total, so you know nothing was missed.

Referral share

When a client you introduce moves to monthly monitoring ($149 a month), you receive 20% of what they pay for as long as they stay. There is nothing to sign to start: tell us which clients you referred at [email protected] and we confirm the arrangement in writing.

Confidentiality

Documents are encrypted when stored, used only for the audit and deleted after 90 days unless the client subscribes. We never contact the warehouse. Details are on how we handle your documents.
