The first audit is free, so there is nothing to refund.

Monthly monitoring

• Our guarantee: if the overcharges we report for a billing month add up to less than that month's fee, we refund that month. Ask within 30 days of the report.
• First payment: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, for any reason.
• Cancelling: you can cancel at any time. You keep the service until the end of the month you paid for.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which issues refunds to your original payment method. Write to [email protected] to ask for one.
