What we check

Warehouses bill hundreds of lines a month, each in their own format, and few brands have time to check them. We read the bill whatever its layout, then recalculate each line from your contract and your own order data.

Rates and fees

  • Rates that don't match your signed rate card, including old rates after you renegotiated
  • Charges your contract doesn't include
  • Packaging billed when your contract includes it, and monthly minimums charged twice

Orders

  • Pick fees for more items than the order had
  • Fees for orders cancelled or refunded before they shipped
  • The same order or service billed twice, on one invoice or across months

Storage and receiving

  • Storage above what your inventory could fill, or billed on peak when your contract says average
  • Receiving fees with no matching inbound shipment

Shipping charged through your warehouse

  • Carrier charges marked up more than your contract allows
  • Residential and address-correction surcharges that don't apply
  • Billed weights far above what your products weigh

How it works

You stay in charge of your warehouse relationship. We never contact your 3PL.

  1. You upload

Your rate card or contract, the last three monthly invoices and a Shopify order export. PDF, Excel or CSV, in whatever layout your warehouse uses.

  2. We check every line

Software reads the documents and recalculates each charge. A person reviews every finding before you see it, so you only get overcharges we can prove.

  3. You send the credit request

The report includes the evidence for each overcharge and a ready-to-send credit request. You decide what to send.

Price

The first audit is free. No card, no commitment.

After that, monitoring is $149 a month. We check every new invoice as it arrives and draft the credit requests for you. If we find less than $149 in overcharges in a month, that month is refunded. Cancel any time.

Your documents

Your contract and invoices are confidential. Files are encrypted when stored, only used for your audit and deleted after 90 days unless you become a customer. You can ask for deletion at any time. How we handle your documents

Questions

Which warehouses do you work with?
Any 3PL that sends a PDF, Excel or CSV invoice. We're best suited to brands shipping between 500 and 5,000 orders a month.
Do you contact my warehouse?
No. You get the findings and a draft request, and you decide what to send.
What if my contract doesn't allow claims on old invoices?
Many contracts set a dispute window of a few weeks. The first audit still shows how often your bill is wrong, and monthly monitoring catches each error while you can still claim it.
Who are you?
