Byteloom (Pvt) Ltd, Akkaraipattu, Sri Lanka, runs 3PL Checker and is responsible for the personal data described here.

What we collect

• What you enter when you sign up: your name, work email, brand, store address, order volume, warehouse name and any message.
• The documents you upload. Order exports can contain your customers' names and shipping addresses.
• Technical data needed to run and protect the service, such as IP addresses in server logs.

How we use it

To run your audit, to contact you about it and, if you subscribe, to provide monthly checks. We use your customers' order data only to match invoice lines to orders. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• DigitalOcean hosts our server.
• Anthropic processes document text through its Claude API to read invoices and contracts. It does not use this data to train its models.
• Paddle handles payments as Merchant of Record if you subscribe.
• An email delivery service sends our messages to you.

How long we keep it

Uploaded documents are deleted after 90 days unless you become a customer, and within 30 days after a subscription ends. We keep your sign-up details for up to two years so we can answer questions about past audits, unless you ask us to delete them.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion at any time by writing to [email protected].
