Terms of service

These terms apply to 3PL Checker, a service run by Byteloom (Pvt) Ltd ("we"). By signing up or uploading documents you ("you", the business using the service) agree to them.

The service

We check your warehouse (3PL) invoices against your contract and your order data and report charges that appear to be wrong. Our software reads the documents and a person reviews the findings before you receive them.

Our findings are not guarantees

Findings are our assessment based on the documents you provide. They may be incomplete or wrong, for example if a contract term or document is missing. You decide whether to raise any finding with your warehouse, and you are responsible for what you send. We never contact your warehouse.

Your documents

You confirm you are allowed to share the documents you upload with us for this purpose. We keep them confidential, use them only to provide the service and delete them as described in How we handle your documents and the privacy policy.

Free audit and subscription

The first audit is free. After it, you may subscribe to monthly monitoring at the price shown on our website. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You can cancel any time, and the subscription ends at the end of the paid month. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

Limits of our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including any effect on your relationship with your warehouse. The free audit is provided as is.
